Michelle Seelig MD
Michelle Seelig, MD, MSHS has practiced medicine for 20 years, most recently at two well-respected direct primary care practices in Seattle: Bliss MD and Seattle Premier Health. She launched MDSeelig in 2022. Her goal is to focus her thinking and efforts on a small panel of patients directly, without oversight or interference from nonmedical administrators, guided by evidence-based guidelines tailored for the individual in her care. When practicing the art and science of medicine, Michelle strives to provide you with the same care she would want her family to receive.
Emma Nance RN

This has given her a broad range of nursing knowledge and skills.
What Makes Us Different
Care Coordination
I communicate with your other physicians, advocate on your behalf, and help you navigate specialty and emergency services. I compile a composite of your healthcare by collecting and synthesizing your records; I plan for retrieval so that we have the right information at the time it is required.
Communication
When you call, nurse Emma answers the phone. She or I will return your call if you leave a message. You can send us a text or email, and one of us will respond. (This is the only kind of phone tree we like).
Time
When you come for a scheduled face-to-face visit, we devote as much time as needed to address your concerns thoroughly; we do not book multiple patients per hour.
